[DUG]: streaming prob

Hiya All

Im writing a TCustomEdit descendant and have the following

published
    property RegExMask: string read FRegExMask write FRegExMask;

Prob is it is streaming out (can see it in DFM but it is set to '' when
streamed in at design time)
Any suggestions?
