Not true Matt, the style sheets have extension css and the javascript libs
have extension js.  Not only od they work fine on IE, they also work in the
html help engine.  Its just the ruddy documentation is cruddy.... too much
trial and error.  But things are looking real good now.

JavaScript Style Sheets (JSS) are Netscape-only at the moment, so you
may be SOL.
