I have an File which I am streaming into an array of bytes. I am converting
the array of bytes into the file structure I have been given.
In the array, position 10->40 are chars which make up a string. How do I
copy this into a string.
I have tried StrCopy and StrLCopy but these don't seem to like Arrays.
