The actual solution I used was, downloaded Dr Bob's IntraBob utility,
allows you to run and debug ISAPI's without a webserver (set Intrabob as
your host).
And instantly it brought up the real error (property not found), in my
WebModules DFM there was a reference to OnCreate that didn't actually
exist, removing that reference in the DFM and everything seems to be
running fine now.... Well, it runs now ;P
