[DUG]: Fatal Errors

Just installed a new component, but when trying to run returns error:

[Fatal Error] Unit1pas(7): File not found: 'DsgnIntf.dcu'

Should i have this file?  I have Dsgnintf.int in the Doc folder but no .dcu
Can anyone help?
