If I use 12 hr format I get dufferent value than if I use 24 hr format,
which causes the boolean expression to evaluate differently.
I want to do all my evaluations using 24 hr format regardless of
what format the system is using. If I set
LongTimeFormat := 'hh:mm:ss';
then it affects the complete application.
How do I get around this?
