According to the PSDK:
82 ERROR_CANNOT_MAKE
The directory or file cannot be created.
As to why... have you checked the drive for errors? Is it a pre-FAT32
volume with too many entries in the root directory (I hope not at that size
<G>)? Is the pathname longer than the maximum limit?
