Has a section on Delphi Encryption.
What do you need it for? If you want to do password protection you can use
a one way hash such as Md5 or SHA-1. Otherwise there is a large range of
Ciphers which are as strong as your key is secure. Finally, I have some
Public Key Crypto routines, but I doubt you will want those.
PS : The site also has a Delphi Group archive. I use it because it stops
the inbox from clogging up, and still allows me to read messages when I want
to. You can list the last day/week/month.
