I'll second that notion - excellent product that works well.
For version control I've been using MS SourceSafe. I own it so it's here,
and I've seen it at work in a number of organisations. It doesn't need a
lot of training cause it doesn't do too much that the others can do.
The biggest benefit is that programmers USE it because it's so simple.
