I have a problem where an app gets an access violation and crashes, if the user prints to a particular printer (but other printers are o.k.). I suspect the printer driver or something in the way the printer is set up. Haven't solved this yet.
Has your client recently introduced a new printer, which your app prints to? Or have they changed any settings on an existing printer? A bit out there I know, but just in case it helps.
