Do they have a sound card installed?
If not, then they prob. Have no drivers, hence the error, OR the sound
drivers might be corupt or just need updating.

Subject: [DUG]: Device error

hi
A programme works fine on my machine but a customer is getting:
Exception EMCIDeviceError

I suspect it is having trouble playing a sound (media player) Any clues
as to issues I should be looking at? Graham
