Hi All
We have a large project and wish to package some of it.
We are already using component packages but wish to
create some packages for forms -eg reports etc.
creating the packages is achivable and works but the whole
project appears to get wrapped in the package.
ie the exe was 11,000+ kb and is now 150 Kb great but the
package is now 11,000 kb -- not what we wanted.
this is almost certaily caused by the fact that all units use
the datamodule for data access thus setting up circular
references thru a few other utility units etc
At this stage I have been unable to find any good
references or examples to help with this they largely seem
to address component packages so if anyone can help with
suggestions or examples would be very pleased
