Hello everyone,
I read SCO case against IBM on the news. And I have a question regarding to
company source code. How the company prove that their secret source code
developed before some patent is granted? My collegue told me that every year
put the source code developed by a company onto a CDROM and mail to itself.
Keep the letter not open, in case later in court to show evidence. As you
know, lawyer service is quite expensive. So I am interested to know anyone
know this and can share his knowledge.
