And for good measure, I can observe that the package which is causing
"TForm" to get lost is not a regular Borland one, but Dream Controls,
which provide a scripting environment. Clearly some aspect of their
Delphi-scripting is referencing classes in a which which causes
things to go out of scope if their package is de-selected in Install
Components. A bit of a gotcha.
