I wonder if it is related to any traffic travelling over their servers though. I just checked the xtra site they say.
We are currently working to resolve the following Xtra network
Problems:
Issue: Receiving Email
Period: Intermittent
Resolution: Technicians are currently working on this issue.
Issue: Web based email platform (Xtramail)
Period: Intermittent
Resolution: Technicians are currently working on this issue.
The fact that they are publishing the problem means it must be major. Our
experiance with Jetstream is that they wont admit a problem but mysteriously
30mins later it fixes itself :). I know Jetstream isnt xtra but there is a
rather close association.
