Hi Neven, My point is that it's probably not valid to sell OEM licences the way Richard's friend wants to. Microsoft never intended them to be tradeable in that way, and that's part of the reason they're sold at a discount.
OK, so you don't really care, and neither do I - and, after all, it's only Microsoft, and they're fair game - right? Still, I feel a little uneasy to see any software company's licence treated in so cavalier a fashion.
