Before I was installing D2007 at work. Now I am doing it a t home. And
I have been having a different set of problems.
1. The update instructions and the info displayed was confusing, so I
canceled the update. This actually uninstalled the original D2007.
2. At startup it can not find the libraries (including its own). The
error detail it gives makes no sense to me. All components are gone in
the pallette. If I reinstall any one of the 3rd party packages, all of
them come back. But next startup, I have to press ok a zillion times
again. I have even copied all the registry entries related to D2007
from the work PC to the home... but no luck. I have this problem with
most of the versions, and then I figure it out, fix it and forget it.
