Hi
One of our Windows 98 users has just upgraded to the latest version of
our app. We are now using a TActionMainMenuBar (I thing we were just
using a TMainMenu before this) and the user is reporting on some Win98
machines the text is missing and only the underscores show.
I am sure this is some Dll issue but am struggling to fix the issue. A
machine running OK was running IE 5.0..... whereas one with the problem
was running IE 5.5..... I have had them upgrade to IE6 in the hopes
that this would update the font but to no avail. They are now trying a
Windows update (but I have limited hopes of this working.
I know this is silly Win 98 and they should update but they don't care.
Anyone have any ideas.
p.s. the font is supposed to be Arial and it shows in the fonts section
