I am having on off problem with D2006 IDE. I start a program to debug it inside the IDE and I get:
Application failed to initialize properly (80000003) Press OK and I get: delphi access violation at 77faccbb At this point, I do a program reset. However, if I press Run again, it almost always goes, so its annoyance rather than show stopper. Happens regardless of project as far as I can see.
