>From a Delphi app I'm wanting to load another Delphi app minimized without affecting the focus of the current app. But the ShellExecute function seems to be ignoring anything I put in the ShowCmd parameter. SW_SHOWMINNOACTIVE should do just what I want but the app appears normally on the screen. Any ideas?
