Maybe I'm missing something in the details of what is going on but on the surface this seems a bit harsh.
YOUR firewall software is paranoid and stopping the update, and this is Embarcadero's fault? Curious to know more because there must be more to it than that. Is it an automatic download you have no control over maybe?
