I use CruiseControl.NET (http://ccnet.thoughtworks.com/) which executes fairly extensive NAnt (http://nant.sourceforge.net/) scripts which deal with the invocation of the Delphi command line compiler.
My scripts also go further and automate the use of Installshield etc to build installers, etc. I'm not quite sure why you might have errors that you can't fix. Can you give some more detail? Happy to answer more questions on our setup if it's helpful.
