Currently none. Versions from Delphi 2 to Delphi XE (except for Delphi 8) compile to Win32. Embarcadero has released a beta version of their 64-bit compiler to beta testers. You can assume that this version will be out later this year.
If you need Win64 bit executables have a look at Lazarus/Free Pascal Compiler. This is similar to Delphi but can compile to Win64.
