Hi
Thanx for the reply!

I found on Quick-Reports web site

http://www.qusoft.com/

under the section
Download Area
Standard Legacy Code and Samples
Free Legacy Code, Examples and Tools

The following Application.

CONV1TO3.ZIP 243 kb 1999-11-10 QuickReport 1 to QuickReport 3
conversion program with Delphi 5 source code included.

I've Started to convert the reports
But I've found
Properties that can't be translated or do not exist in QR3
will be left out. Page length and width and the margins do not transfer
well, you will have to set these properties after the file has been
converted. RightAligned text controls will have the autosize property
forced to false. If your report
uses datasources and/or datasets on another form, they will not be
picked
up. You will have to assign the dataset properties manually. The
TQRExpr
and TQRGroup expressions will not have the dataset name in the
expression
and you may have to add that later.

So at least I do not have to re-do everything because it at least
convert around 80% of the report.

Trust me it also feel strange to work on Delphi 2 again!

Cheers
Johan Fourie

I have not worked with Delphi 2 for a while and I know that QR version 1
is very different than version 2. I guess I would recommend starting
from scratch on these reports rather than trying to convert them.
