I have a question on using Grids in Delphi.
I want to be able to resize a column but without having to expose a fixed
column. E.g. in the Delphi IDE object inspector you can hover the mouse
over the vertical line between the left and right column and the column
adjust cursor appears.
How can I recreate this "mouse over column edge" event in a grid?
