Dear All, For the past few days I have been looking for information about how to implement a billing software for IPTV Service but I have had very lttle success. Can any one please help me find any material (ebook,tutorial, etc) on billing software that has the capacity to accept prepaid cards. What is the algorithms used in generating unique codes that can be used for topups?
