I would be too. I think an install could create your own folder and
change the ACL's so it could be used (but not 100% sure on that yet).

About 1/2 way through the MSDN Vista doc on differences due to UAC.

That is the Common Application Data directory.  Someone replied that 
this is now read-only in Vista except by administrators.  I was 
surprised to hear that.
