Experience Level: 4-6 years in IT

(Other details Engineering graduate in any discipline(preferred))
Technical Skills
Strong OOP background in Delphi
Strong COM, Multi-threading experience
Strong Database programming - Stored Procedures, Queries
Good experience in any RDBMS database (Preferably Interbase)
Strong Report Development experience (Preferably Quick Report)
(Any reporting tool such as Crystal reports is fine)
Experience with Version Control, Release Management tools
Managerial Skills - not required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong Troubleshooting, Debugging, Analytical skills
Has passion for resolving complex/critical issues
Willingness to travel to customer sites in India
