Adds create_blob and delete_blob for the Microsoft Azure driver. If you are testing this please be aware that there is an issue with latest version of 'waz-storage' gem (1.0.2). These functions have been tested and work fine with version 1.0.0 - I'm still trying to get to the bottom of the problem with the latest gem,
