Possible bug in filter of hardware_profiles

When I execute one request like this:

   XXX - - [15/Mar/2011 20:19:42] "GET
/api/hardware_profiles?id=m1-xlarge&rest=1 HTTP/1.1" 200 2256 0.0072


I have all hardware profiles without any filter... this is right?
