Load Balancers shown in the mock HTML output

When I start up deltacloudd like:
./server/bin/deltacloudd -i mock
And then visit http://localhost:3001/api in my web browser, I see a link for
"Load Balancers". However, nothing about Load Balancers shows up in the XML or
JSON output, and if I click on the Load Balancers link in the HTML version, I
get:
Sinatra::Rabbit::UnsupportedCollectionException - Collection load_balancers not
supported by this driver:
So it seems like Load Balancers aren't supported by mock (which is fine), but
they should not be shown on the HTML output.
