This init script seems ok, but could probably be enhanced pretty easily:
a) include PROXY support (presently missing, though Deltacloud supports it)

b) use mock instead of EC2 as the default driver, as mock should always work,
whereas EC2 needs user specific configuration (and the user may not even want
it)
