patch 1: adds rails_datatables plugin to vendors (gem doesn't exist yet, I've
made some improvements), this plugin is used as view helper for jquery
datatables plugin
patch 2: upgrades jquery and jquery-ui to actual version and adds datatables
support
patch 3: removes image dependency on pool - fixed links and create instance form
images/instances are listed in datatables, listing is paginated and
searchable
