It only creates random times for the "Submission Time" statistic. The time it takes the provider to response to a request. The statistics are based on the static fields declared at the top of the task. These are probabilities and submission time ranges. It may be neccessary to tweak these in order to get some realisitic looking graphs. The current setting, is an average of one task per minute over 24 hours. This generates approx 1440 tasks, and takes about 2mins to run. It sets up a user, pool and account, create tasks based on the users default pool.
