Hi,
This patch will add support for generating keys[1] for
cloud accounts. Key will be generated only for those
accounts which have support for 'authentication_key'
feature in provider.
After new key is generated, it's saved in InstanceKey
model and assigned to Cloud Account. This key will be
then used as a parameter for Instance create call.

[1] Key is API resource for holding information for
authentication to Instance. Typically EC2 provides
PEM keys.
