[PATCH aggregator 2/3] New markup for the Provider Summary page
[PATCH aggregator 3/3] New markup for the Provider Accounts page
The first two are revisions to the patches I sent earlier, the third one is
new.
Note that this does not rebase to the current HEAD. It should work on top of:
itdd1e00f1e2be0d17e21a72a6a328c8cbc698b170
Also note that this requires the layout and CSS patches I sent last Friday.
I'll do all the rebasing tomorrow.
