I did not test out the tests, but I did test patch 2. With that in place, and a dbomatic patch (which I will post momentarily), I can see a link in the "Instance Details" page and I can download the key. There is a bug in the core that is causing the key to be "corrupted" that we will have to fix to make this work end-to-end. That's not a problem with this patch, though, so...
