ACK to this for now. We'll eventually need some better logic around "is 
this the same provider", as 'provider type' is insufficient if you have 
2 different ec2 regions, or if you're pointing to two different RHEV 
servers.

For phase 1, though, this is sufficient, and anything better will 
require API changes.
