#1008: Show country name when hovering over flag

I would really like it if, when hovering over the flag shown to the right
of a certain peer, the name of the country the flag represents showed as
alt text.
This could be done by associating each image's name (which, if they are
not renamed, is an ISO country code) with the long name.
This is by no means critical, but it would be a nice enhancement for
people like me who like to look at the distribution of peers by nation.
