I explain this with an example.[[BR]]
I have 2 labels:[[BR]]
{{{
DVD - Download folder on completion="DVD" / Max upload speed=50
BD - Download folder on completion="BD" / Max upload speed=-1
}}}
I change one torrent active (''downloading'') from DVD to BD label and
Deluge changes the download folder but not the max upload speed.
