#1211: Deluge opening too many files when relaunching

Deluge will open too many files when relaunching the application when you
have a large amount ( >1K ) of torrents seeding.
As a result deluge will not monitor watch directories anymore.
Short output from error:
for filename in os.listdir(self.config["autoadd_location"]):
exceptions.OSError: [Errno 24] Too many open files:
'/home/user/torrents/watch/'
