I removed the "C:\Program Files (x86)\GtkSharp\2.12\bin" from the "Path"
in Windows Advanced System Settings. This allowed Deluge to start, yet
broke the GTK# stuff. But I narrowed it down to this, sounds like a PATH
thing with the way Deluge looks for paths.
