#1300: Deluge seems to report torrents that are pending of recheck

I have rethink it and could be better to report verifiying torrents only
when stopping them, at program close o by manually stop because someone
could be active in a completed torrent uploading data but if he/she forces
a recheck could be interesting not to lose the report of the data uploaded
after the last announce and during the check.
