It would be great if a user could designate a torrent as "public" or
"private". Or perhaps being able to create user groups and assign access
of torrents to groups.
Use Case: A household has a house fileserver/torrentbox. Individual
users may download something which would be of interest to all in the
home. They therefore designate that torrent as "public" so that others
can see that it is already downloaded or underway. This prevents
concurrent or download of duplicate. Later a user finds something only he
wishes to be viewable... he designates that as "private" and only they
will be able to see it is underway or downloaded.
