#1389: "setup.py install" puts icons and .desktop file into wrong place under

After making "python setup.py build && sudo python setup.py install"
deluge has no icon and entry in applications menu.
All icon and .desktop files are placed to /usr/local/lib/python2.6/dist-
packages/deluge-1.3.900_dev-py2.6-linux-x86_64.egg/share/ which seems to
be wrong.
