I think I have also been having this problem for some time (several
months). From a user's perspective, it looks like deluge "forgets" to
update the file progress. Often a daemon restart and a torrent recheck
will cause the progress to shoot from some low percentage to >90%.
I am running the latest git version (1.3.900-dev).
OS: Gentoo Linux
libtorrent: 0.15.4
Filesystem: XFS
