Hello. It says at http://dev.deluge-torrent.org/wiki/Development that translations of Deluge are done in Launchpad (https://translations.launchpad.net/deluge). But the Russian translation fixes done in Launchpad some time ago still aren't in 1.3.1. How do the translations get imported and how to request the import?
