I usually limit the upload speed of downloads to give priority to existing
seeds and unset that limit as soon as a torrent has finished downloading
and starts seeding.
It would be nice if Deluge could do this automatically by providing two
different settings to set the maximum upload speed for downloads and seeds
separately.
