#1881: Option to set "Move On Complete" on single torrents

Torrents that should be categorized in a particular folder structure are
not suitable for a general "move on complete" destination. An optional
"move on complete" destination on each added torrent would solve this
problem. If the option is set, it should override the default one.
An example where this is handy is tv-series placed in sub folders in the
"tv" folder.
