#2151: Extend option to copy torrent files to a folder

I have a suggestion to make this checkbox work as follows (also currently
in qBittorrent):
After checking the option to copy torrent files to a folder, all torrent
files that have not yet been copied are copied to the specified folder
when the setting is applied. That way I can have a collection of torrent
files available even if I didn't check the option at first (since the
files in the state folder have unrecognisable names).
